We visited on a Monday morning not busy at all, great view. We ordered the omelette, chicken and waffles, açaí bowl. Coffe and smoothie to drink Everything tasted okay. The girl at the front super sweet however extremely slow in service. Our waitress didn’t smile once. The coffee came cold the first time. We had to order utensils like 5 times! They would talk in the middle instead of accommodating the customers first. Hence, the extremely slow service.!! My açaí bowl melted before they got me this giant spoon ?? It’s clearly a serving spoon! Anyways. Regular food with terrible service. The audacity to charge for 20% service fee is wild. No one checks on you if you need to clean up or need anything else!

I came here for food and drinks with my friend and we absolutely loved it! Mateo was our server and he was incredible! We got lobster and shrimp tacos, they had a happy hour menu but 1 get one free and the lychee martini was delicious! The place is also beautiful, comfortable, whole staff is amazing but Mateo was THE BEST and made our experience even better! ♥️

When we were walking down by Collins Ave, we were created by the staff. They were welcoming & kind. Our server Mateo was very friendly & provided great service. He showed great attention to detail & hospitality. The food came out quickly & the atmosphere was very lively. I would recommend this experience & I will be coming back for another meal.

Excellent Food, atmosphere. Prices were 20% during happy hours and comes with free desert, but there is a catchI didn't know about until I got the bill. They added a service charge to the bill .The discount was $24.90 but the service charge was $27.83 here go the 20% discount.

Thank you so much. Nano and the young lady who welcomes the guests are incredible. Even though service in Miami is often disappointing, the service here at the Waldorf has been outstanding. Nano is simply the best. He made our experience truly exceptional.

I ordered Crab Ravioli, which was delicious. A little too much saffron flavor but pasta itself was good. The service was excellent. Katia made sure our drinks were cold and food was hot. The service was timely. Would definitely recommend.

Wow amazed by the lasagna! I did not expect this because usually there is so much different options I did not thought it would be that good. Big portion and excellent! The burger was ok for my friend who was vegan. Sangria was good!
